Don Lulu Urges Nigerians to Uphold Democratic Values on Democracy Day
The Director of the CityBoy Movement, Abia State Chapter, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe, popularly known as Don Lulu, has congratulated Nigerians on the occasion of Democracy Day, calling for renewed commitment to the ideals of democracy, peace and national development.
In his Democracy Day message, Don Lulu described democracy as the strongest instrument for promoting unity, justice, good governance and sustainable development, while paying tribute to the sacrifices of those who fought for the nation’s democratic journey.
He also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for pursuing the Renewed Hope Agenda and implementing reforms aimed at economic growth and national development, noting that democracy provides citizens the opportunity to actively shape the country’s future.
Don Lulu urged Nigerians, particularly the youth, to participate actively in governance, promote peaceful coexistence and support initiatives that will foster a more prosperous, united and inclusive nation.
