Breaking: Anosike Clinches Abia PDP Governorship Ticket With 16,543 Votes

Frontline governorship aspirant, Dr. Kelechi Anosike, has emerged as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia State after recording a sweeping victory in the party’s primary election.

Announcing the results, the Abia PDP State Chairman, Abraham Amah, who was empowered to declare the outcome of the exercise, disclosed that Anosike secured a total of 16,543 votes to defeat other contenders in the race.

According to the results announced, John Okiyi Kalu garnered 3,145 votes, while Olugu Kalu Ugba polled 961 votes.
