Onuigbo congratulates Sam Hart on appointment as Chief of Staff to Deputy Speaker Kalu

The member representing South East in the Governing Board of the North East Development Commission , NEDC, Chief Sam Onuigbo has congratulated a former Director-General, Abia State Marketing and Quality Management, Sam Hart on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the Deputy speaker, Rt Hon Ben Kalu.

Chief Onuigbo in a release described the appointment as a confirmation of Sam Hart’s remarkable record of exceptional and dedicated service to Abia State and Nigeria.

The former House of Representatives Member that represented Ikwuano/ Umuahia North / Umuahia South Federal Constituency pointed out that having served as Chief press secretary to former Abia Governor and Special Adviser to the Deputy Speaker on public affairs, Sam Hart has consistently demonstrated exceptional Leadership, strategic acumen and an admirable commitment to public service.

He further observed that with his wealth of experience in law, governance and policy development, Sam Hart will make an excellent choice for the job.

The former National Assembly member also expressed confidence that Hart will bring his vast expertise to bear on his new position and in providing invaluable support to the Deputy Speaker in his continued desire to contribute to the development of the country.
