Police in Abia parade Suspected Killer of ABSU Final Year Student

Emmanuel Victor, a 500 level Optometry student of Abia State University,Uturu has confessed to the murder of Emmanuel Uche who was a member of rival court gang in the University.

Emmanuel Victor who pleaded for a second chance during an interview with newsmen at Police Command head quarters , Umuahia during his parade added that his intentions for killing is to have fame.

Speaking to journalists,the Abia State Commissioner of Police Kenechukwu Onwuemelie assured the public that justice must be done to bring the other suspect seen Emmanuel Victor during the killing in a viral video in the case of late Emmanuel Uche the 500 level student shot in Abia State University Uturu by a rival court gang.

He further added that the incident of the death at the swimming pool in Umuahia is a complicated one which is currently undergoing investigation both from the Military and no one is in the Commands custody to that regard.

Earlier, the Police Public Relations Officer, Abia State Command Maureen Chinaka reeled out the achievements of the Command in arresting criminal suspects and also rescue of kidnapped victims as some of them are facing trials at the court.
