Supreme Court decides: Onuigbo vs Atuma
The Supreme Court has reserved judgement in the case of Onuigbo vs Emeka Atuma for Friday, January 27, 2023.
Recall that both are in court contesting their legitimacy as the authentic candidate of Abia Central Senatorial District, under the All Progressives Congress(APC) in the 2023 General Elections.
The Appeal Court in Owerri had earlier upheld that Sam Onuigbo is the authentic candidate of the party for Abia Central Senatorial District having duly bought the form for the primaries, undergone screening, and duly participated and won in the primary election.
