The President of Niger Delta Youth Peace Builders, Comrade Chibuike Emmanuel, has pledged his support for the nomination of Chief Dimgba Eruba as Abia State’s representative in the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

In a statement issued to newsmen, Comrade Emmanuel said he was aware of claims that Chief Eruba is not a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), but he said these claims are false,as he has personally witnessed Chief Eruba’s active participation in the APC, both during the campaign and electioneering process.

“I am confident that Chief Eruba will use his skills and experience to bring much-needed development to Abia State and the Niger Delta region,” Comrade Emmanuel said.

He, however, urged all APC members in Abia State to support Chief Eruba’s nomination. “He is the best person for the job, and he will make us all proud,” Comrade Emmanuel added.

Comrade Emmanuel also acknowledged the efforts of Ben Kalu, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, in ensuring Chief Eruba’s nomination.
