Born on May 1, 1972, to the humble family of late Mr. and Mrs. Sam Ginger Amanaha, he rose from modest beginnings and early personal loss to become one of the most respected political figures in Abia State.

His public service journey began at the age of 26 when he was elected Councillor in Isiala Ngwa North LGA in 1998, where his outstanding performance earned him recognition as Chairman of the Abia State Councillors’ Forum and Leader of the Legislative Council. His impact deepened with successive appointments as Transition Committee Chairman of Isiala Ngwa North in 2010 and 2014, during which he delivered transformative projects—including electrification, road grading, youth empowerment, infrastructural upgrades, and improved workers’ welfare.
