CEO Enviable Transport Gets Appointed into Ebonyi State Economic Advisory Committee

The Chief-Executive-officer CEO of Enviable Transport ltd Mr. Ituma Chukwuemeka has been appointed by the Ebonyi State Governor Francis Nwifuru as a member of the state’s Economic Advisory Council, comprising economists, industrialists, and technocrats.

Mr. Ituma’s appointment forms part of a 15-member committee headed by Prof. Bart Nnaji (Chairman).

Other Members of the Committee include; Ben Oka, Mrs. Augustina Nwaoma Ekuma, Dr. Joe Abah, Gen. Abel Obi Umahi (rtd), Chibuike Orogwu, Dominic Nwibo, Elechi Innocent Ojiugwo, Anayo Omoke, Mark Abani, Ifeanyi Clement Okorie, Edward Nkwegu, Mike Chukwu, and the State Attorney General/Commissioner for Justice, Ben Odoh, who serves as secretary.

During the inauguration, Governor Nwifuru explained that the committee was designed to tackle challenges such as erratic power supply, solid mineral development, and industrialization.

He specifically tasked the committee with reactivating the Nigeria Cement Company (NIGERCEM), Nkalagu, establishing another cement factory, and setting up a salt production plant to match Ebonyi’s identity as the “Salt of the Nation.”

Recall that Mr. Ituma entrepreneurial journey has seen his company Enviable Transport Services ltd, which was formalized in 2018 grow to now operate across states in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom, creating job opportunities for the youths and citizens alike.

The business mogul has his areas of focus in luxury, sustainable Transportation, real Estate and Entertainment. He has also through his foundation; the Enviable Scholarship Foundation empowered underprivileged students across Nigeria, awarding scholarships to tertiary and secondary students, providing school supplies to educational resources to rural communities as well as offering mentorship programs focused on career development and entrepreneurship.

Recently, Mr. Ituma added another feather to his cap of numerous recognitions and award by being recognized by Family Love FM as an “Abia Achiever” during the latter’s commemoration of Abia at 34, which celebrated personalities that have contributed immensely to Abia’s achievement in the last 34 years.
