Women have been urged to look up to God for strength and resilience and be hopeful for a better Nigeria despite the current economic crunch occasioned by fuel subsidy removal as well as bitting inflation.

This was made known at this year’s August Meeting organized by Obuohia Obi Ibere Development Union (Women’s Wing) which took place at Community Primary School Obuohia Ikwuano LGA.

Speaking at the occasion, the President General of ODU (Women’s Wing) Pastor Princess Chinyere Sam Onuigbo noted that  the theme of this year’s August Meeting which is “Finding Hope and Comfort in a time like this” drawn from Psalms 23:4 and 1st Peter 5:7 is apt owing to the harsh effect of the country’s economic realities.
